The Family Readiness Officer (FRO) is the face of the Commander's vision for the Unit, Personal and Family Readiness Program (UPFRP). The FRO is the direct link to Marines and their family members. MARSOC's Family Readiness Page is a Marine's and family member's connection for Official Command Communication, Resources and Referral Information, Readiness and Deployment Support and UPFRP Volunteer Management. Our goal is to equip and assist Marines, Sailors and their families in becoming well-informed, self sufficient and improve their quality of life so as to ensure that family readiness on the homefront ensures the MARSOC mission readiness.
