(From left to right) Maj. Gen. Carl B. Jensen, commander of Marine Corps Installations East, Erskine Bowles, the president of University of North Carolina, and Maj. Gen. Paul E. Lefebvre, the commander of U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command, sign two memorandums, which will form a lasting bond between the organizations Feb. 24, at the MARSOC headquarters building auditorium. The memorandums signify a collaborative agreement between three organizations.
