The mission of the 2d Marine Special Operations Support Battalion (MSOSB) is to provide General Support (GS) logistics and Combat Service Support (CSS) to Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC), and to train, equip, organize and provide CSS capabilities to Marine Special Operations Forces (MARSOF) deploying worldwide in the execution of special operations.
