The mission of 1st MSOSB is to generate and provide task organized, regionally oriented MARSOF to accomplish multi-discipline special operations intelligence, logistics, communications, fires, and multipurpose canine missions assigned by the Commander, Marine Forces Special Operations Command (COMMARFORSOC) in support of Commander, United States Special Operations Command (CDRUSSOCCOM).
