Col. Joseph Marello, the commander of Marine Special Operations School, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command, reflects on the past three years of MARSOC and its accomplishments during the graduation ceremony of the first ever MARSOC Individual Training Course, April 22 at Stone Bay here.
