Approximately five classes totaling 120 students from the 4th Grade class from Bitz Intermediate School visited the U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Special Operations Command Paraloft. "It’s good for them, we put things into perspective for the kids and they learn how parachutes work," said Sgt. Patrick Ward, 27, Marine Special Operations Regiment, parachute rigger, from Rockford, Mich. The Marines displayed the numerous types of equipment and the different parachutes they use.
