Jul 26, 2017
Below the Joint Tactical Aerial Resupply Vehicle (JTARV) is a small electro-magnate that holds cargo on board while in flight. Once the JTARV has reached its destination, it will release its cargo and autonomously return to its predetermined return destination. An IV-solution bag equipped with a metal plate was loaded on the JTARV for transport from a simulated forward operating base to a Marine Special Operations Company in the field aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., July 7, 2017.
